First get a can of brakekleen and white lith grease, spay the crap outta the latch mech and close the door a few times, then gease it. I have checked the fuses under the hood power distribution panel all check out okay. Otherwise, find a salvage yard and replace the entire panel. Fuse 12 should be for the power windows. I forgot the name of the program but it has the completer wiring diagram for most cars. Is there any way to disable the auto lock part of the system even if the remote is disabled or what could be causing the problem and how can it be fixed? Because it is greater in gage, it eventually breaks.

It probably has a rubber boot protective covering, pull the boot back to access proper wire color to check. The question you ask is too involved for a proper answer. Rolling door locks is a programmable feature of the power lock system. Also make sure you lube all the tracks and brackets, for optimum performance. I'm certain it would cost several hundred dollars for a new circuit board and even though my Jeep has less than 70K miles on it and looks like new that is a big expense. Sounds like your problem is more than that.
